CF thought police

It's good to see the CF thought police out in full force today deleting any disparaging comments about their precious wad.

Open source? Ha!

Re: CF thought police

I assume you're referring to the comments on the Manion wod? They've been deleted.

I have a problem with people criticizing a war hero's wod.
I also have a problem with censorship.
I'm so torn.

Re: CF thought police

So what's the deal with that WOD? Are they trying to prove crossfitters are tougher than Iowa Football players?

So what's the deal with that WOD? Are they trying to prove crossfitters are tougher than Iowa Football players? Or that they can cause Rhabdo on a more massive scale?

100 Back Squats with 50% of max was enough to land them in the hospital. How's 203 at 135lbs going to work out?

Re: CF thought police

That would be 546 squats in the last 5 days/4 workouts. If someone smarter than me can explain that one, I'd love to hear it.

Then there's today's weighted pushup. The videos look real safe.

If there were only a exercise to work your push...

Why? Did he invent it or have anything to do with that workout?
