Back shoulder pain/weakness

Hey guys about 2 weeks ago I felt my left shoulder begin to have a pain/strain/weak feeling running down the back of the shoulder while pressing. Anyway took about week ad half off no shoulder movements whatsoever. Was traveling so did a hotel wod w thrusters 30# db felt great. Then today decided to do light to moderate push press w 95# and felt it again. Any ideas? I did notice if I pull my grip right up to my shoulder so my thumb is touching the shoulder it's not so bad

Re: Back shoulder pain/weakness

It is tendonitis week on the injury board. This one sounds like external rotator cuff tendonitis possibly, rest and modify and see if it goes away while continuing lower body stuff and stretching. If not improving then go see an orthopedist.
