WOD (10/16/10): This is what I could do based on equipment I have (very minimal) and without a spotter:

1 Rep Backsquat: 95lbs

1 Rep Press: 75lbs

1 Rep Deadlift: 130lbs.

95 + 75 + 130 = 300

I don't have a pull up bar so I couldn't do today's WOD. Instead I did:
50 Jumping Jacks
50 Push ups
50 Tuck jumps
50 sit ups
50 mountain climbers (each leg)
50 squats
50 jumpin jacks in
10:46

I also took my dog on a 3 mile walk.

10/18/10: Rest Day....was very hard not to do anything today. I was surprised however on how sore I was today. I didn't expect to be after yesterdays workout....looks can be deceiving hahaha.

Walked 3 miles with my dog.

WOD (10/19/10): My 1st Hero WOD.

The time isn't good and I had to sub a lot (no bar,can't do handstand pushups, and wasn't sure how far I was running)

Ten rounds for time:

Run 150 meters (subbed a min sprint)

7 Chest to bar pull ups (subbed row from the floor- 20lb dumbells, 7 each arm)

65lb front squat (7 reps)

7 handstand pushups (subbed 7 incline pushups- legs propped on a bar stool)

WOD (10/21/10):

As RX'd without a weight vest:

5 rounds for time:
Bear Crawl 100ft
Standing Broad jump 100ft
3 burpees every 5 jumps

14:40

*Didn't have an 100 ft area so did 25ft 4x to =100ft

WOD (10/23/10):

7 rounds for time:

10 wall balls (20lb...I used 12lb(all I had available to me))

10 pull ups (used an assisted pull up machine....first 2 rounds did 50lbs and then had to lower to 35lbs to complete the reps in the last 5 rounds)

6:56

jogged 3 miles after
