The Apocalypse....

this may be a bit bold for a first post but I've been a lurker for a while.

Here is a workout I came up with - I'm calling it the Apocalypse!

Muscle ups (done on a bar, but rings would be fine)

When I came up with it I thought how bad can it be. It certainly will show you something that most people will never see for themselves and by the end of it you'll be ready for the world to end......

My time was absolutely awfull. Although there isn't any time to compare it to I think this could be done in less than ten minutes. I was no were near that as I had to partition the MU 1-1-1-1-1- etc.

seriously- this is as worse than Fran, this is in the top 10 worst workouts I have done.
