Talking Not a squishy mom after 5 months of CF

Before and After 5 months of Crossfit:

I'm 5'4", 27 yrs old, mommy of 2 (age 6 and 2). I've gone from about 120 lbs, size 2/4 to 130 lbs, size 4/6 and I'm positive that I've put on 10 lbs of solid muscle! I had to buy all new jeans but it was worth it. My body looks so much better and I can lift more weight than a lot of men!

bench: 60/105
pull-up: 0/4 (in a row with kipping...still can't do a dead hang PU)
dead-lift: 90/190!
1-mile run: 10:30/7:53
overhead press: 45/75
knees to elbows: 0/10
weighted back squat: 45/110
push-ups: 3/100 (in sets)
double-unders: 0/8 (these are so hard!!)

I'm extremely happy with the results and I hope I inspire other women. My husband talked me into starting crossfit and he has had amazing results as well.

We CF as Rx'd most of the time. (3 days on, 1 off) If I miss a day I make up for it by biking or jogging to work (5 miles one way).

Sorry, I don't have pics! The transformation isn't terribly dramatic...I just look a little more muscled (especially my arms and shoulders).

Sorry, clarification needed. I don't do the full rx'd WODs...I reduce the weight! And I still need to reduce reps for pull-ups.
