Polish Olympic Weightlifting Method & Techniques (1970s)

I found this the other day, a 10 part series, pretty interesting. Some of the exercise methods should look familiar.

I think it's funny you posted this just after USAW announced that Zygmunt Smalcerz, Poland's coach, was just hired at the OTC as resident coach. It's interesting to see the methods and technique then and the changes made over the last 30-40 years.

That's one of my favorite weightlifting videos to watch. It's amazing how technical the Polish are and how hard they work at it. It should be quite interesting what Poland's coach does now at the OTC.
