This is a question for all you MMA guys out the
as I don't think that there are any pro wrestlers on the site. At present I am injury free but am aware at the toll that it is taking on my joints. Is it advisable to wear support wraps/tensor for ankles and knees when not injured? Will these things help to keep me injury free? The only thing that worries me is that wearing these may make me soft ie. make my joints rely too much on the support and maybe not be as strong as they could be. Any one have any answers?

any support might make that paticular area week. I would recomend knee pads for all those atomic kneedrops.Also a good warmup with streching. If you injured tape it. A good tape job should inmobolize that part. But you cant tape everything. when hurt modify your training and have a good sports chiropractor and masuse.

Thanks Cameron. BTW, yes kneepads and elbowpads
are a must, and bloody expensive as well :happy:
