This is the fastest I've done it since my PR of 9:25 in 2010. Not bad for only being back at conditioning work for less than 3 months. Went from only snatching, cleaning, and squatting for 3 months to adding back in almost daily conditioning workouts and 60+km per week on my bike. Happy!

Very pleased considering last week was the first time I have been able to do HSPUs since last fall (shoulder issues). I even broke the deadlifts up into small sets due to tight back from last week. Still have room to improve. YEAH!
