Had some QL/fascia issues after last week's deadlifts, but everything tested well today. Squats were fast, depth needs more consistency, but starting to click (practice def paying off). Traps were tight, so took it easy on bench press. Cleared the driveway for my conditioning work. Overall great day!

I can't really complain about missing 295 since I haven't really been practicing. Getting good power on the bar, completely racked, but not bracing and end up collapsing. Must practice more often if I plan to go 300+. But overall very happy - no issues with QL and fascia was only annoying, didn't prevent anything. Squats also felt surprisingly good considering the heavy squat yesterday. Really enjoying the casual atmosphere of open gym this week!
