50 Double Unders
Max Chinups

Score: 10 Rounds - 94 chinups

Happy about the cleans. It took a few attempts but once I finally got that 145, I got them all. Really need to work on technique - strength definitely isn't the issue. WOD felt really good. Paced the chinups at 10 per round. oh - also played around with overhead press - built up to 90x1. These are harder than I remember them to be - of course the fact that I've done them like 3 times in 2 years doesn't help - neither does the tetanus shot I got today. That hurt. LOL!

I had no plan coming into this, just wanted to see how things felt. IT bands still an issue when getting under. I think the 275 matches a PR. Tried 285 several times, had it high enough a couple of times, but couldn't transition. Eventually just wore out.

Another night of little sleep and lots of coughing. This is getting old. ha! Deadlifts were heavy during strength work but felt pretty good in the conditioning workout. Thanks Ashley for being my partner and for waiting for me on that last run. hee hee!! Great job today!

I felt good this afternoon so I decided to try 660 again. Glad I did! Hand still slipped near lockout, but was able to maintain control and get a solid lockout. Hit "Wilmot" immediately after - felt better than expected. RIP buddy.

Gym is closed for the holiday, but came in to do some deload squats and messed around with other stuff. Haven't done overhead press in a couple of years, so just testing things out. Felt good, but definitely need to get this back into the rotation.

For some reason I thought my PR was under four minutes, so I was hoping for anything in the 4:30 range. Came out way too fast, first fifty were done in 1:37 ... tanked after that but still managed a 19 second PR. I'll take it! Iced everything Nadine destroyed ... now I wait for the endorphins to wear off and the crankiness to set in! :P

You dont have a video of the 100 burpees do you? That type of speed is beyond my comprehension.
