Carb Restriction Diet Study findings (now with added science!)

Not sure if anyone has posted this study yet but it has just been mentioned in some of the main news media sites here in Oz (WFS)

i just read one of those articles. it mentions double the weight loss.. (4.something to 2.omething kg) but that's not the same as fat loss. so did they demonstrate actual fat loss or is this just seeing water loss from going on a low carb diet?

also is it just me or does the low calorie diet include more calories than low carb one? what the hell?

And you are beginning to see that calories in < calories out isn't that simple. In fact many people can and do lose weight and fat on more calories because of their quality.
