CF Liftoff - is it worth it?
So the liftoff is almost upon us but it is even worth doing it?
For myself i see no value add to my training schedule and my goals within CF. If and when i intend attempting a PR it will happen during my schedule. The chance of winning anything is zero and the only real test of how you are compared to others is during the open, for example during 15.1 any comments? |

guess some people love Oly.. usually the ones who are good at it. Me and my oly are not that good of friends. So I can see the draw.
