I've been intrigued by all the various video clips I have found on the net as well as those that have been posted here by my fellow CF-ers. I am trying to find some good instructional ones that I can share with others outside of the world of Martial Arts. That way they can get a better understanding of what the heck I am talking about in case they come up clueless.
Case in Point1: Capoeira, never quite knew what it was but when I saw this link that Steve posted yesterday in CrossPit it helped me to get a better visual understanding. Just for the sake of the discusion here is the link: http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...teef?l=6615396
Sorry for the repetition across multiple threads.

Case In Point2: The Dog Brother's full contact Kali fighting. http://www.dogbrothers.com/
This is a good site because it gives multiple looks at the training. In particular "DB Reality Demo" helped to better visualize the whole concept. Let me know if you all find any other helpful instructional artform videos. Besides, they realy are cool to look at.

Hey Peter,

If you are interested in grappling, BJJ and submissions you could always try subfighter.com I know they have instructional clips in there, I haven't downloaded any myself so I can't tell you how good they are but they are there. They also have other clips like MMA Desire, Don't blink (some really good KO's), a tribute to Andy Hug stuff like that.
