Does anyone have a list of fruits/veggies based on Glycemic Index?

I'm wondering if anyone has a link or a .pdf of a list of fruits and veggies based on their glycemic index? A list of just fruits and just veggies would be awesome, but if anyone has a list of them both combined that would be cool too. I'm looking for something that has the foods listed from lowest glycemic index value to highest. I saw a long list a while ago (it had said food and its GI value), but can't seem to find it. I searched around and found a few basic lists, but they were mainly composed of all common foods.

International Tables of Glycemic Index and Glycemic Load Values: 2008.

Table A1. Glycemic index (GI) and glycemic load (GL) values determined in subjects with normal glucose tolerance: 2008.

Table A2. Glycemic index (GI) and glycemic load (GL) values determined in subjects with impaired glucose tolerance, small subject numbers or values showing wide variability: 2008.

Awesome, thanks guys! Both very helpful. Darryl you are the man though! My next mission is to find a list of the most nutrient dense fruits and veggies (amount of nutrients per calorie).

I think this paper might interest you -

As for your mission to find a list of nutrient density fruits and veggies; despite there being a number of methods used to rate the nutrient density of foods, e.g. the Nutrient Rich Foods Index, I haven't found a comprehensive list of foods ranked according to their nutrient density. These are the best resources I've come up with so far -

USDA Nutrient Lists: Reports by Single Nutrients, Release 24.
