Not compared to me. I average about 4/day...mmmm, eggs...You can barbecue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, sauté it....There's egg kabobs, egg creole, egg gumbo, pan fried, deep fried, stir fried, pineapple eggs, lemon eggs, coconut eggs, pepper eggs, egg soup, egg stew, egg salad, egg and potatoes, egg burger and an egg sandwich.

With a more serious reply, did you ask about your consumption because of a cholesterol concern? If so, take a look at this site: http://www.ravnskov.nu/myth3.htm

Here is another great essay on the cholesterol / heart disease myth: http://www.thincs.org/Malcolm.choltheory.htm.

Spend some time reading all the information at THINCS - http://www.thincs.org/ and at The Omnivore - http://www.theomnivore.com to really learn about the "dangers" of cholesterol.

Gotta go...time to make some egg salad...

Man I probably eat 12 or more a week! I'm not worried about it at all.

Once again free range non-grain fed organic chicken eggs are the best to have in both taste and nutrition wise.
