If I am eating clean foods like some fruit(black berries and blue berries with a scoop of protein powder PWO around 10am) a lot of broccoli fresh green beans, yams, almonds, and chicken should I not really worry about the quantity of food I am eating. I do crossfit mon-wed-fri and run 3 miles for time on tue and run 6-12 200 meter sprints thurs and sat. My goal is to get my body fat down to single digits( its at 11 right now) while increasing strength and putting on some lean muscle mass I am weighing in right now at 137 pounds.

Your at stage 1. After eating like this for about 3 weeks, start weighing and measuring.

To get much further down below the BF you're at now, you'll need to do what Larry said. The last several percent are tough, that's where the quantity of food comes in (ie. you might be eating too much fruit, not enough fats).

Do you think I should drop the PWO shake? I have heard it mentioned by other people that when they dropped the PWO shake that it helped them loose the last little bit of fat.

Most people find a meal works better than a PWO shake, cheaper too.
