That is so helpful. I really want an area to do sled stuff inside the gym so I don't make my neighbors angry. I figured turf would be the best way but now I'm not sure.

My box just used a row of plywood (urethaned) as a strip for the prowler and sled drags. Works like a charm!

What glue did U guys use to secure the turf. When the humidity goes up the turf starts to roll up with heavy prowler work.

I am looking at but hoping I don't have to order, I just wanna get to a Home Depot, etc and get the glue.

Any tips please drop em' below, THNX!!!
