Robb-
I know that you have stated before that you use creatine regularly for the potential health benefits. A few questions.....First, do you go through any kind of "loading" phase? Do you use it as a general maintenance, or do you back off from use? If you do use it as maintenance, how much? Thanks.

I think Robb does 10 days on 5 off with a dose of 5g. I don't believe he does loading.

from the archives:
loading is not recommended. most people are doing 3g to 5g a day. cycles are like Nick listed. some others mentioned: five days on, two off, or two weeks on, one off.

this is the info i got from doing a search a coupla weeks back.
