Had it done last Monday (7-29) morning. I hadn't worked out yet that week and didn't fast before

That everything was normal, which I'm guessing you feel is not the case

Re: Got my Testosterone Tested

Remember. Hormone level bounce around any given day.
Your level is fine. If you wanted to pop it up
Some ...
1- have more regular sex
2- up calories by 300. Mostly good fat
3- eat more zinc rich food like fish
4- reduce or elimination of any soy
5- reduce alcohol intake
6- Wear boxers.
7 - reduce your cardio volume.

Any one you need to supplement 500 in a 25 yr is a gear head

Re: Got my Testosterone Tested

Also T levels vary for everyone. Frank said it but you would be amazed at how much it can swing in a few days.

Also what is considered normal for one person may be low or high for another.

If you feel your T lvl is low ask the doctor (or find someone who specializes in it, more than just simply giving) and have it monitored every week or 2 for 1-2 months.

If you do T therapy your looking at a shot every week / other week unless you opt in for a minor surgery where Rey implant pills into ur hip. Also you will have labs done every 2-3 months on average depending on your DR and their plan to make sure levels are steady and that your estrogen isn't spiking because you now have too much T in your system.

It becomes a life long thing, and will be expensive. Think 50$ a shot every 2 weeks + labs every 3 months + consultation visit after labs.

That said if you need it you will notice a huge difference after the fact. Good luck and hope you get it sorted.

I wonder about this one. Is it just about ejaculating or is the whole sex thing that matters, all the emotions that are with it? Because if its the first, then one could just masturbate a few times daily and improve his levels massively?

Re: Got my Testosterone Tested

If you feel it is low do not let a family practice help you. Go to a endo and let him do the job properly. Most endo's have the proper knowledge to get you to optimal. When you want it done right, use a specialist as most family practice are scared to do anything.
