I'm trying to put together a collection of bodyweight WOD's that can be done without special equipment (other than a pull-up bar). I need a bunch of WOD's to choose from for days when I cannot get to the gym. I have a pull-up bar, power rings, and a jumprope at my house, so I'm looking for workouts like Angie, Barbara, Chelsea, & Cindy. Thanks in advance everyone!

in the wod thread titled cfpc workouts there are three workouts that you could try:

bad snake
ivan the terrible
and my addition; brussel sprouts

also, i saw one posted in the wod archives. it went like this:

3 rounds for time;
100 meter run
50 squats
100 meter run
50 push-ups
100 meter run
50 sit-ups
100 meter run
50 back extentions

our group did this. it wasn't a pretty sight.
