Which CF workout would be best to try out for someone who has been concentrating on Strongman training?

Well, I think Linda may be the most strength-oriented workout there is. How 'bout that one?

You should try them all! GPP for strongman training would best be utilized to provide conditioning, prevent overuse injuries/shore up weak points, and as a means to increase adaptation to high workloads. Utilizing one specific CF workout would not be the most effecient way to meet those ends.

I used CF prior to my Strongman event to improve my work capacity and GPP.

Direct Strongman training and especially events for the upcoming competition will help you the most though. Crossfit will help with recovery inbetween the events - while others will look sick for half an hour you'll be smiling in a few minutes :D
