Hi everyone, please excuse the following question because I'm still trying to make sense of the CF workouts (being the new guy).
I was hoping someone could guide me in the right direction regarding the WOD - is it supposed to supplement cardio, weight training, or some other activity? That is, if I complete the WOD, am I supposed to engage in some other training exercise such as a long distance run?
I was looking for the answer to my question throughout the site (maybe in the wrong areas), but was unable to find anything. Thanks all.
