Today I'm going to make a slammer out of a basketball, and I've been going through some workout options in anticipation. Planning to do this one at a nearby High School football field.
21, 15, 9 rep rounds of:
ball slams
pullups (on goalpost)
sprint to the other goal post with the ball

Thoughts?

Rather than just run with the ball add the extra challenge of push pressing it as far as you can, running up to it and then throwing it backwards over your head as far as you can. this way you get the opposite of your pullups with the push press and the opposite of your slams with the over the head backwards throw. Great workout by the way.

Did this one last Friday, and It smoked the crap out of me. The sprints at the end of the circuit really did me in.
Me: 12:00 (On the nose)
Adam: 9:13

Eugene,
Do you mean instead of sprint, alternate throwing it backward and forward down the field, or add that in to the reps/round? Either way sounds like a cool variation.
