Help keep me accountable

Hi,

I'm one of those old, big guys who is here trying to make a change. To help keep me accountable, I am starting a blog of what I am doing, eating, and thinking. If any of you feel like helping me out, inspiring me, or just keeping me accountable, please drop by, join and be part of making me a better person. Thanks

I'll be on your case Scott. Fairly sure if you do more of those CFFB workouts you'll be heading in the right direction

Re: Help keep me accountable

I started a little over a month ago with similar intentions. I'm skinny fat, so I've previously never felt the effects of junk food. My bloodwork suggests otherwise. Consider me a devoted follower/cheerleader!

Good luck!

Good work today Scott, glad to hear you're trying to clean up that diet. I'm doing the same thing.

Thanks Andrew, it is not easy, i LOVE food! Especially after (for me anyway) a hard, heavy WOD! In the words of my father, I could eat the crutch out of a low flying duck!

Re: Help keep me accountable

Thanks Helen. I actually have been going for about a year (almost), but it has been a bit sporadic. Last year it beat me up a bit, but I know that was as much me as the box, I was not resting or eating well enough to recover. I stopped all together for a bit (I sprained my ankle and just decided I had had enough of feeling sore and beaten up every day), but I missed this type of training too much!

So, for now, I am going to get to the box when I can, rest and eat a lot better, and do some wod's on my own in my other gym, 3 on, one off, and see how my body responds this time!

Thank you all for your support.
