Adopted this WOD from Brutaltraining.com

For 500m: 10 broad jumps, 10 push ups!
Took me 22:59 to complete, legs in a world of pain.
This website is very impressive, currently running a 52 day challege featuring many Crossfit style workouts.
Reccomend this site for a look.

Brutal trining is a pretty cool site. I haven't visited in a while until I read your post.The 52 workout challenge looks pretty sweet.
