Main Page Programming

I stumbled across a link somewhere on the boards not to long ago that detailed the pattern for WOD Programming. I cant seem to find it again can someone help me? It explained the 3day cycle and the rotation of gymnastics based, strength day or endurance day or combo. If anyone can help me find this thing Id be very appreciative.

Note that the main page doesn't follow that scheme.

Is there an example of what they do follow or is it just some variation of that? Doesn't seem to make much sense to say here is how its done then not do it...

Keep in mind that was over 7 years ago and things have changed.

Yeah I get that, but they just put out that "compilation" of training material and found that relevant...so aren't we to assume that's the suggested method of programming? Maybe I'm missing something...

Re: Main Page Programming

That article is, as it says, a "Theoretical Template for CrossFit Programming". At no point does it actually say that it's the template used on the main page, because it is not-nor was it ever. The main page does not follow a fixed template or rotation-at least, none that is discernible or has in any way been made public. The "Theoretical Template" is just a jumping off point for trainers, box owners and other individuals who want to begin experimenting with their own programming.
