+1 for this. But I'd say if you were looking to put on a good amount of muscle you need to hit the Heavy weights hard...1 day a week isn't going to get you there.

do starting strength, lift heavy, eat meat, drink milk, eat more vegetables.
for god's sake man, ditch the "superfood" crap and eat some real food!
