Took Thursday off as I was sore and tired from whitten. Especially in the butt and lower back. Saw today and was scared, especially of the heavy deads. Went anyway and am proud I did

Today's wod King Kong

3 rounds

1 dead 206 (did 140)
2 muscle ups (did 6 chest to bar, 6 ring dips)
3 squat clean 110 or something (did 60)
4 hand stand push ups (blue band)

7.15, so pretty happy. Also feel ok which is better still. I am even thinking about doing their comp in November now

Fridays wod

400m run
30 burpees
3rounds
20 ring rows (bent knee)
30 wall balls 10kg
40 sit ups
400 m run
30 burpees

I did half reps as I'm sore. I think I need to do this to get back on track. Still killed me

Yes highly modified, but I'm happy

Amrap 20 mins

5 hspu's with blue band
10 pistols (box step ups)
15 pull ups (blue)
One squat snatch every 2 mins (30 kgs)

4 and a it rounds. Hated it, but probably the sort of wod I need

Emom for 10 mins

50kg deadlift, hang power clean, hang squat clean and 10 double unders (30 singles)

Then

10 to 1 wall balls with 1 to 10 burpees with plate jump

13.56, which is slow, but I really didn't think I'd finish so I'm happy

Very happy. Slow, but did real burpees instead of step ups and 24 inch box jumps

Shoulder was sore, so Kara didn't want me doing both bar and sdhp, but another wod with 24 box, and was happy with my work and intensity
