Oh, Don ... I came up with the name while the workout was only vaguely formed and stubbornly let it drive the plan from then on. Let me say now that I wish I had come up with something more sensible like "Escalator to Heaven"

Joining the party fashionably late!

Work's been plain sucky....

Done today in 1hr 12 mins 32 secs

16kg kbells for snatches
20" box for.....surprisingly box jumps
10kg dbells for burpee thingies (that was a good idea......not)
bar dips
pistols assisted with a door jamb

had to fend off several gym numptys wanting to ask me what i was doing.......of course they were told to "F##K RIGHT OFF!"

good times..... well played all.

same bat time, same bat channel.

Stairway to heaven

50-40-30 Squats
45-35-25 pressups ;) on knees
Run 400m
(00:19)
40-36-32-28-24 DB snatch (L/R)
Run 400m
30 Box Jumps
(00:50) WTF?!
27 Pull ups

1:01 and then I was done.

56 minutes, layed on the floor in the fetal position for a good few minutes afterwards. 'Crossfit Shrivenham' enjoyed this number.
