Todays Wod

3,3,3,1,1,1 Clean and jerk

lightest 3 was 40, heaviest was 60, lightest 1 was 65, heaviest was 75 (new pb)

Then Grace 30 clean and jerk for time 60kg (did 50kg)

5.22. Happy enough

10 muscle ups (10 bar to chest pull ups blue band, 10 ring dips red band)
2 HSPU (push ups)
8 MU, 4 HSPU

Very slow run, bit frustrating to have to sub everything.

10 mins for 4 round max push ups

27 max
16 min

Then 300 double unders (900 singles)
!0 burps every time you break

Timed out at 700 odd singles (25 mins) with 90 burpees

Today really sucked

"12 days of christmas"

1 front squat (all 40 kg)
2 rack lunges
3 thrusters
4 hang power clean
5 dead lifts
6 box jumps
7 burpees
8 KB swings
9 wall balls
10 sit ups
11 squats
12 100m sprints

Go from 1, then 2 then 1, then 3 then 2 then 1 etc, in pairs

Not as bad as I thought until the sprints. Oh baby

Gaz going away wod

15 min cut off

100 double unders (did 300 singles)
Then with remaining time AMRAP

10 pull ups (red band)
100m walk overhead 20kg plate
10 ring push ups (omg these suck)
100m walk again

1 round plus 20m into last walk on second round

Sat was a partner wod with steph, can't remember it, other than it was blinding hot, and we did 800m runs!

Then 12 min am rap

3 hang power snatch 50kg (did 42.5)
6 ohs
9 box jumps

5 rounds plus 4 box jumps. Hate jumping. Stupid gut!

Back into it today (yet again). I feel the programming does not really suit me there. They LOVE their long BS met con, they love the beat down, and I do not. But I have proved to myself if i don't do it in the morning in a group, I just won't do it. So I will do my best not to beat myself up, and do what i can.

1,1,1,1,1 strict press 60kg
3,3,3,3,3 push press 65kg
5,5,5,5,5 push jerk 65kg

Man i have gotten weaker!

Oh dear, not the best second day back.

Whitten

5 rounds of

22 kb swings 32kg (I did 24)
22 box jumps 24inch (I did 18)
400 m run
22 burpees
22 wall balls 10 kg

I did 3 rounds and 7 bj in 45 mins. Slow I know, but hey, i didn't whine, I didn't give up, so i suppose it was a win.
