if i want to be at 2x fat, is that 2 extra fat blocks per meal or say if i eating a four block meal x 2 for fat so that would be 8 fat blocks? sorry for all the questions just want to make sure i do this right

Your second option is correct. 2 times (2x) fat for a 4 blocker would be 8 blocks of fat.
