Hey all,
I'm been x-fitting since December.
I used to train with climbing in mind but now consider all sports to be my conduits for play...and use crossfit to train all-around.

1.5 months ago I was 143lbs at height: 5'8.
On 80-90% adhering Paleo diet (Zone at 3x fat) I'm up to 149lbs and feel stronger than even. BF: I don't know...I can't quite pinch an inch. Calories usually only around 2200 per day (range 1800-2600).
In terms of macronutrients: 50% calories from fat; almond butter, olive oil, avocados, cashews, coconut oil, and red meat.

I always thought I would have to stop the Met-Con workouts to gain but lots of good fat, sweet potatoes, and hard training pay off.
My goal is not to out pace myself and to be able to do a full Lynn or Linda by the end of the summer.

The reason I'm posting this on nutrition is because my goal had been to be at 150...but over the past month I didn't sweat cheating and more importantly didn't step on a scale at all. (I even spent a week volunteering at a 6th grade camp trip and had to eat 6th grade food for 4 days).
