Deadlift/Power Clean Form Check

1. Set your back before going down to grasp the bar. In other words, achieve satisfactory posture and THEN maintain that as you reach down for the bar. Avoid grasping the bar and then attempting to set you back for the lift.

2. Regarding your Power Clean, a stronger starting position is with you knees out. If you look at the picture I attached, from your video, your knees are facing inward from the start. I would bring your feet together just a bit, widen you grip, and allow a bit more room for you knees to move. You don't want to crowd them with your arms.
