Injured Old Ladies can Get Strong - Eileen's recovery

Starting a thread. As of Monday (or so) I am going to focus on re-gaining the strength I lost in my lower bod since Knee Surgery three months ago. I can only squat to parallel now and have been told "not to load up".

The idea will be to at least maintain, if not regain strength until I am allowed to go full speed. Before surgery I was a metcon chick who was ABOUT to focus on strength. It will be a long haul.. but I am dedicated. OK.. addicted!

So.. hi.
