Rob Orlando's Rough Monday Workout

Today is a re-test of a workout that I did right after the 2009 games.

1 K Row...then go immediately into 4 rounds of the following

10 Front Squats @ 185
20 Ring Pushups
30 Sumo Deadlift Hi-Pulls @ 70 pound (KB)

Then finish with a single 800M run.

Temp outside today is a balmy 30 degrees. Really looking forward to charring my lungs with the cold air.

I'll post my score later on when I'm done.

watching rob's times on some of these workouts i would guess 6 minutes, then i saw the 1000m and the 1/2 mile run and know its going to take him probably just about 15
