2015 CrossFit Games open ideas... Lets hear them

Seeing that the 2014 games are in the book, we can now think about the Open in early 2015.

Here is what is likely to come up...
1. First year with HSPU
2. 2 seperate WODS that have to be done within a certain time span (perhaps an hour or so)
3. An ascending weightlifting latter, or max lift attempt (eg find 1rm C+J in 20 minutes)
4. an "for time" wod, possibly with a time cap
5. Otherwise, they will follow the format of last year. This includes the use of rowers and possibly other exotic equipment that many home gyms do not have.
7. The possibility of a second part of the online competition similar to the Masters weekend between the Open and Regionals. 3-5 WODS done in a weekend or 48 hour timespan. The top 5% of those in the region who want to go on to the regionals would do these wods, as well as the top 10% of teams. Scoring would be similar to this years Masters weekend.
8. Masters division at regionals???

Here are my guesses:

Barbell movements:
OHS
Snatch
Thruster
DL

Bodyweight movements:
Box jump burpees
DU
Wall ball
C2B
T2B
MU
Rowing

I would like to see the 40-44 & 45-49 age groups at Regionals. If you invite the top 10 of each age group, and make them all go in the same heat, that only adds 4 more heats to the schedule for regionals.

I also suspect that there will be a team WOD for those going team.

A team event during the Open? You don't have to declare team or individual till after the Open is over.

It could be done during the masters [or contenders , if they choose to go this route] weekend, after the open is over.

Castro said that the masters are not ready for Regionals yet... but he did say that they would do a Masters Qual again. I think they did a good job on that one.

I have a funny feeling that we will see "Double Grace" in the Open...

There was that one early year where it was squat clean and shoulder to over head amrap. Wouldn't be out of the question to see that one again.

15 min AMRep Grace ladder (not really a ladder, but isn't a latter) ? 5 minutes to do grace (rest the balance). Then 4 minutes. Then 3 minutes. Then 2 minutes, then 1 minute.

Love it - cause it puts me at a max workout time of 9 minutes
