Chris, do you have any good resources/materials that you would suggest reading for those of us that lack deeper knowledge on nutrition and supplements? I am really looking to gain a better understanding of each subject.

If anyone else has some good suggestions that is welcome too.

I always recommend the more or less bias free sites like WFS: Pubmed.com. You can read real research about various supplements/ingredients. You can Google my name and supplements as I have written several articles as well. I wrote at least one for the CrossFit Journal here.

Just make sure to understand the results and the methodology used of a study and dont just jump to conclusion

I take Chris's Atlarge nutrition protein or chocolate milk if I'm out of my protein. Which I actually need to buy more Results 2.0 and protein from Chris,

People and their Progenex, I just don't get it.
