Re: Beta Alanine

Its in the "Results" that I take from At Large Nutrition. In all honesty, this is the first supplement I've ever taken and felt that I could actually tell that it was helping. For me its all in the recovery.

Re: Beta Alanine

Beta-Alanine's most potent effects will be on strength endurance. It builds up carnosine in the skeletal muscles thus having a buffering effect. It really is an ideal supplement for CrossFitters.

Re: Beta Alanine

Anecdote agreeing with Chris: Some time before last years Open I switched from just creatine to Results (dextrose, creatine, beta alanine, and HMB) and I definitely think it helped with muscle endurance in WoDs.

I would recommend it, either in something like Results, or as a separate supplement (preferably with creatine).
