I went out to play pool the other night with a couple friends (one of whom I train with) and within 10 minutes we found ourselves OHS and C&J with the pool cue .. whoops

Went on a float trip last weekend... tried to do a pistol with the oar overhead in the raft... Didn't work.

Re: You Know You CrossFit Too Much When...

After a long day traveling I ended up in Miami airport riding the shuttle between the gates. With all of my luggage strapped to my shoulders (a big duffle bag and a backpack) I had the most irresistible urge to bust out a set of pullups. I was with coworkers so I tried to wait until they weren't looking and busted out 5 quick reps.

They looked at me like I was trying to show off

It did feel good to get some blood moving though.

You know you do CrossFit too much when you publicly acknowledge/admire how babies squat with perfect form. And all of your non-CF friends look at you with that "WTF" look haha

No it's not, nor is "WOD'ing". That should be on the list, if you've ever said "WOD'ing" in reference to working out. I hate that so much.

I hate the way people actually say "WOD" as well. It sounds terrible, like a wad of chewed-up gum.
