Re: You Know You CrossFit Too Much When...

You know you CF too much when you find yourself picking up good ideas from this thread! (engaging my glutes on stairs, hmm!)

...when you're tossing and turning, trying to get to sleep, and check your cellphone one last time. Yep, the WOD is finally up. And you roll over and sleep like a baby.

My sister's cats are 14+ pounds so they are good to use as KB swings. They don't really care for it very much however...

Re: You Know You CrossFit Too Much When...

Well first of all, I tend to sleep-walk a little. Didn't happen much lately, until..

...two nights ago, I'm woken up by my fiancee yelling at me to stop doing sit-ups in the bed (proper, full ROM sit-ups that's what she said). Apparently I didn't stop and said (out of breath) that i was almost done. I finished my set and went back to sleep. I do remember some of it, but again, I wasn't completely awake... She wasn't very happy...

Got to work on that.... Not the sit-ups, the no-CrossFit-when-I'm-sleeping thing...

I need to learn to do that!!!

I hate doing situps. If I could do them in my sleep and not remember it in the morning that would be magic!

You are at a dinner party and your wife throws a balled up napkin at your head because you are talking about crossfit with someone.

First time posting.

You keep a tape measure in your gym bag to record the height of "picnic table box jumps" and finding the 10 foot point on a wall to do Wall Balls.

Welcome!

I like that idea haha. I used to keep my bar and bumpers in my truck as well as my rings, but never thought of bringing a tape measure.

This would require you to sleep.
