Post Rich's Zone Log

Hey all, just started the zone and wanted to log it for a bit, any feed back appreciated.
5-17-08
Breakfast 6 AM
28g Whey protein in shake
1 Pear
1 Apple
tbsp Wheatgerm
4 cashews
6 almonds
2 cups water
9:30 am meal
2 egg omelet
2 green onion stalks
2 celery stalks
1 red sweet pepper
1 anaheim pepper
1 cup raw spinach
6 green olives pimento stuffed
1:30 Meal
3 oz pork tenderloin
2 green onion stalks
2 celery stalks
121g red cabbage
116g raddish
1 kiwi
1 tsp evo

5 pm meal
feeling full still from all the veggies so I am going with a 2 block shake.

14g whey protein shake
1 1/2 cups watermelon
2 cashews
3 almonds
2 cups water

Oh yeah I am on 15 block to start
5' 8" 162 lbs - aiming for a lean build guessing 150-155 lbs

4 oz center cut loin chop
2 green onion stalks
1 green bell pepper 185g
Broccoli florets 174g
1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame seed oil/ splash of balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 cups watermelon


I feel like i have been working out all day , can't believe they call this a diet.
i never ate this much. I'm thinking more fruit less veggies.Even on this meal I chose 2 blocks of carbs as fruit and I am still overwhelmed with the amount of roughage. Well I knew restricting legumes and grains would make it challenging.

28g whey protein shake
1 tbsp cashew butter
1 cup strawberry
1 med banana
1 tbsp wheatgerm
2 cups water

Think I blew this one, cashew is fat and protein.
last day of wheatgerm.

3 apricots (1c)
1 plum (1c)
2 macadamia nut (2f)
