In an effort to reduce the possibility of people posting under multiple/fake IDs, encourage honest discussion and maintain integrity, new and existing members are asked to update their account information. Most of you have already done this, but if you haven't, please provide a valid e-mail address and your real name in your member profile.* An e-mail is being required for the primary purpose of validating that a member is, in fact, a real person. Crossfit will not use the e-mails provided for advertising/spam. Users will have until April 24th to update their accounts. Failure to provide the minimal required information by that time will result in a suspension of member board privileges. Thank you for your cooperation.

*As noted previously, individuals with security concerns (certain military, LEO) should contact admin@crossfit.com for special accommodations, if needed.

P.S. If you are concerned about your e-mail address being shared with people who read the board, you do have the option of not displaying it. Simply click on Profile, click on preferences and check the box next to 'Do not display my real e-mail address with my profile.'

REMINDER: The deadline to update your profile to include a valid email is tomorrow; all accounts without emails associated will be deleted. Feel free to re-register if you're deleted; we're not interested in getting rid of anyone! You will however be forced to provide an email address to create your new account. It'd be easier to just go update your profile...if you don't know how, feel free to ask in the "Community" section.
