I cant believe its not butter...

...must have been discovered on mars! what is this stuff and why doesnt it have any calories. It cant possibly be good for you, despite bodybuilders using it as a staple.. thoughts?

It has calories.

Notice on the spray bottle that a serving size is one spray. The federal labeling guidelines allow you to round values down( carbs, fat, protein, and calories )if they are below a certain threshold. Make the serving size small enough, and presto, no calories.

When I was using ICBINB to "butter" english muffins during my fat-is-evil days, I would routinely spray 20-30 times per side. I suspect most people do the same.

It has calories, so not sure what your asking there, but the stuff is mostly vegetable oil, salt, and preservatives - hence why it is called a "Vegetable Oil Spread".

Read the label. It's a form of margarine.

What have you got against real butter?

My sister-in-law uses this stuff called "Butter, Its Not" I cringe every time its offered to me.
