Find a 1RM Squat Clean & Split Jerk (stuck on 225)

then

5 Rounds:

In 90 seconds
a) Squat Clean + Split Jerks 185# 2
b) As many AbMat Sit-ups as possible
Rest 30 seconds
In 90 seconds
a) Squat Clean + Split Jerks 185# 2
c) As many Chest-to-Floor Push-ups as possible

Friday 08/16/2013 - basically we had a volume week and our coach told us to finish these by the end of the week with only one hour workout for 6 days max if needed.....it was a tough week.....it took a lot of time to complete....that's why I didn't post this week because it was kind of pointless but here is the stuff we had to do for the week

100 OHS @ 70% 1RM Snatch
