Saturday 08/04/2013 - wolfpack competition was today and our team got second overall.I will list my three workouts

***workout 1***
"Amanda" (3:49)
9-7-5
muscle ups
135# snatches

***workout 2***

1rm snatch (175)

***workout 3***

For Time: (both groups came in at 13:29)
100 Double-unders, 50 each
50 Handstand push-ups while partner holds handstand
40 Toes-to-bar while partner hangs from the bar
30 Shoulder to overhead with axle (135 / 95 lbs) while partner holds in front rack
Then, both partners lunge 90 in a front rack position (both half to have bar atleast front racked to advanced)

Was that a full (squat) snatch Amanda? That time would have gotten fourth at the 2010 CF Games when they debuted it!

I wish! No, for the competition they allowed power versions in Amanda and Elizabeth. I also wrote my time wrong it was supposed to be 4:39. (dyslexic brained sometimes).

Monday 08/05/2013 - took Sunday off after the competition....probably going to be another short week because im starting a strength cycle next week and I want to be fully heeled for it...but im to ADD brained to not workout so we will see what happens..

***workout 1***

For Time: (9:45)
2400m Run

10 Minute Rest

Work Capacity: (lost count so stopped counting)
Max Burpee Strict PullUps in 5 Minutes

Strength: (after each back squat set did max strict pullups followed by same number of normal pullups unbroken)
Back Squat:
(5 x 235) x 2
(5 x 255) x 2
(4 x 275) x 1

***workout 2***
"Nancy" (14:00, we though we did it way faster because we did it all unbroken, so either we cant run for crap or our 400m mark is a little off)
5 rounds of:
400m run
15 95# overhead squats

Ah. Still pretty solid. Gotta be able to blow your way through muscle ups to be good at that one either way.

thanks! yeah unbroken muscle ups is the only way I had a half way good time anyways...I need to get stronger ha

***workout 1***

20 minutes to establish 1RM clean and jerk (225 new PR)

Work Capacity: (8:06)
For Time using 135#:
15 Clean+Split Jerk
15 Power Clean+Power Jerk
15 Squat Clean Thruster

***workout 2***

3 round of "Kelly"
400m run
30 box jumps 24"
30 wall balls 20# ball

5 minute rest then

1-1-1-1-1 Clean and Jerk (135, 155, 175, 205, 235fail)

Thursday 08/08/2013 - out of town Thursday and Friday and worked out at hub city crossfit....want to thank cody and everyone at hub city crossfit in Lubbock, TX....yall are the best gym/people in Lubbock

3 Position Snatch hips/above knees/below knees
every 90 seconds

then

15 minute AMRAP (lost count)
a) Wall-Balls 20#@10ft 4
b) Burpees 3
c) Kettlebell Snatches 50# 2
