***workout 1***

"Mary marries Murph" - (35:59)
Run 1200m
5 Rounds of:
5 Handstand Pushups
10 Pistols
15 Pullups
Run 1200m
10 Rounds of:
5 Pullups
10 Pushups
15 Squats

Monday 07/22/2013 - 2 workouts today.....back feels much better today but now my wrist hurts cause I folded it under 265 squat clean ha....if its not one thing its another

***workout 1***

1. EMOTM for 8 minutes:
3 Power Cleans 185#
4 strict c2b PullUps

2. Do A rest 30 seconds then do B
A. Back Squat 235 x 8, 250 x 8, 285 x 6, 305 x 6
B. Front Squat 210 x 5, 225 x 5, 340 x 5, 255 x 5

***Workout 2***

15 minutes to establish 1RM Squat Clean: (255)

Tuesday 07/23/2013 - two workouts today....wrist and back held up great and will probably be all healed up by next week for something else to start hurting

***workout 1*** (17:10)

BUY IN - 50 CrossFit Midland PushUps (Touch hands behind back at bottom, touch opposite shoulder at top with other hand rotating arms each time)
10 Rounds:
3 Push Press
3 Split Jerks 145#
BUY OUT - 50 T2B

***workout 2*** (5:06)

135 Snatch

For time: (Did it with a female partner)
100 Double-unders (50 each partner)
50 Handstand push-ups (partner holds handstand)
50 Toes-to-bar (partner hangs on bar)
50 Shoulder to overhead (135 / 95)
90 foot Walking lunge in front rack (135 / 95)

***workout 2*** (123)

AMRAP in 20 Minutes: (did it with male partner)
Partner A runs 400m with 45# plate
Partner B completes AMRAP
10 Goblet Squat + Curl at bottom (70# kettlebell)
1 Rope Climb
When partner A gets back take off where B left off and B runs

Thursday 07/25/2013 - only one workout today body is trashed and saving a little for our half marathon row tomorrow with some of my buddies

Friday 07/26/2013 - that half marathon was horrible on the rower....my backs been bothering me lately and that row just destroyed it.....your but falls asleep about 5000m in....I'd rather run a full than row a half any day ....my toes and heels are just blistered to hell to...not to mention how bad it hurts your hands....all in all we had a super high coming off the rower so we took ten minute break then did Elizabeth for time

***workout 1***(2000m=7:03) (21097=1:44:40) (Elizabeth 10:03)

13.2 and 13.3 Crossfit games individual workout
Row 2000m for time then 21097m (half marathon) for time

ten minute rest then

Monday 07/29/2013 - we drank too much beer this weekend watching the crossfit games so felt horrible and worked out horrible all day

***workout 1*** (12:04)

"Masterís Final Event 2013 games" (slightly modified to make it a bit harder)
100 Double-unders
Run 100 meters
15 foot Rope climb, 4 ascents
Run 100 meters
135 pound Front squat, 30 reps
Run 100 meters
100 meter Farmer carry 70# kettle bells with towel grip
KB snatch 70#, alternating, 20 reps
Run 100 meters

***workout 2*** (14:50)

For time:
27 Thrusters (95lbs)
4 Legless rope climbs
21 Thrusters (95lbs)
3 Legless rope climbs
15 Thrusters (95lbs)
2 Legless rope climbs
9 Thrusters (95lbs)
1 Legless rope climbs

Tuesday 07/30/2013 - 1 big workout session today....last day of weights until competition coming up on Saturday.....prolly just do cardio stretching and mobility the rest of this week until then.....cinco 2 lunges was to much weight after cinco 1 did three single lunges then said screw this so did not finish cinco 2

***workout 1***

"Cinco 1"
For time: (26:00 josh bridges style ha jk mucvh love bridges)
Three rounds of:
5 Deadlifts (405lbs)
5 weighted One-legged squats, left leg (53lb KB)
5 weighted One-legged squats, right leg (53lb KB)
Then, 80’ Handstand walk

then....

"Cinco 2"
For Time: (6:01 at the end of the third single lunge, was actually making good time)
Three rounds of:
5 Muscle-ups
5 Deficit handstand push-ups
Then, 90’ Overhead walking lunge (160lb axle bar)

then....

21-15-9 (forgot to resot clock so don't have time for this one)
170 bench press
strict pullups

Wednesday 07/31/2013 - broken from training so hard for so long.. have not taken any time off in a really long time...have that competition this weekend so just keeping the blood pumping and healing up before then
