Nutritional Guide

I just finished our nutritional guide for our gym. I am going to have it printed and spiral bond. I also will give one to each member for free. This book has tons of important information in it. I included both Zone and Paleo information along with how to be successful with the combination of both. I also include 3 months worth of pages for athletes to fill out their daily food and wod log.

Like I said I am giving to each member for free. My fear is that they wont value the information in side and wont use the books to their full potential.

How do you encourage members to use record in their books daily?

Re: Nutritional Guide

Valid concerns. Maybe offer them for $5-10, but if they come at least 6 times in the first 2 weeks you will give it to them for free.
