Ah, dear Crossfit...
This is a message to express my thanks to the Crossfit community.
I have been working out for almost three years. I have been crossfiting for little more than a month.
My nutrition is alright, it's paleo in some ways, but I eat grains (whole) two times or more per day. I don't really get to decide what my parents buy, but I HAVE influenced them in buying good food.
225 lbs squat x 5, and it really was my limit
185 lbs deadlift x 5, I had a weak lower back. Maybe it's cause I'm tall, but that's just a two cent.
pull-up: 9-7-5 reps (max) with a 2 min break between each set. lol.
265 lbs squat x 5. I could NOT believe it!! (yup, good form!)
225 lbs deadlift x11. It was easy, it's my still-weak grip that stopped me!!
295 lbs deadlift x 2 AWESOME!!
Pull-up: lol. This improved drastically. Don't have numbers, but they're much easier to do than before.
And much more.
It truly drives me to perform.
I am truly better, faster and stronger.
I couldn't gain musular weight before. I was stuck at 205-208. Right now i'm at an average of 210-214. And trust me that ain't fat!! I in fact lost fat. That's when I was at 11.38% bf, too.
Thank you so much Crossfit. I decided to do Crossfit for a month when I started, before i went to a new workout program made by a personal trainer. Screw that program. Crossfit changed my way of looking at exercise. It's much more fun and challenging.
As long as WoD's are posted, I will increase my body's and willpower's capacities through them.
Typing www.crossfit.com daily changed and will change my life.
