I dug this out of the archives as I felt like doing something today.WELL THAT WAS A MISTAKE!
An absolute killer;I started with 75lbs but dropped to 55lbs after 200m.Anyone out there done this workout!
You basically walk 400m with a racked barbell doing lunges for 4 steps and then stopping and doing 5 push presses before carrying on with 4 lunge steps etc.

Guy,

How bizarre ... I just dug that one up last Thursday (for those interested, it is the July 20, 2003 workout). I ended up using just a 45# bar. If you read the comments from that day, you'll see that some folks did 1200m of this ... it seems the WOD was posted incorrectly for a short period of time. I really love some of the older WODs ... some interesting things there.

Yes I read that some did 1200m.I am very sore today;glutes and hamstrings.Might take a while doing todays WOD which I believe is Helen. In fact it may be contra-indicative to do it as I may be over stressing myself as I can hardly walk at the moment!

Best of luck! This is one of those workouts where egos need to be checked in at the door.
