Workout of the Day Questions & performance regarding CrossFit's WOD

During the month of September, crossfit in St. louis is doing a benefit using the Fight gone bad workout. I watched a video and wrote down all the exercises, but I'm unsure if it is for time, or how many reps. The video said 3 rounds one minute each. I know you can't do 5 different exercises in one minute, So I guess I'm missing something. The question is...what does FGB consist of? I searched past message board, and found a lot of discussion on FGB but not a clesar definition of exactly what it is. Thanks for any help.
